The things people ask
- What happens if I pay late?
- Your tills keep selling. After fourteen days the back office goes read-only until you pay — you can still read and export everything. We will not stop you serving customers over an invoice.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The trial starts without one.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Export your data first — you can do that yourself from Settings.
- Who takes the payment?
- Creem, as merchant of record. Your receipt comes from them and refunds are requested through them — write to us and we will handle it.
